Job Summary: Level 2 support for BI systems, Sales Force, and e-commerce, including requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, testing, and solution user acceptance. Key Highlights: 1. Level 2 Support for BI Systems, Sales Force, and E-commerce 2. Incident Analysis and Implementation of Improvements 3. Mandatory Experience with the Safetech System Provide Level 2 support to BI systems; Sales Force; and e\-commerce; Conduct requirements gathering; Process mapping; Functional documentation; Testing and solution user acceptance; Monitor and support system projects focused on internal process improvements; Perform incident analysis; Handle user requests; Implement improvements; Serve as an interface between business areas, vendors, and technical teams. Minimum 2 years of experience. **Safetech system experience is mandatory.** Education: Technical or Higher Education degree in IT. Salary: R$ 3\.500,00 \+ Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance \+ Meal Benefit \+ Health Insurance (after 60 days) Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8 AM to 6 PM; Friday: until 5 PM CLT employment contract.
