We are committed to preventing all forms of discrimination and to providing all our candidates with equal opportunities regardless of their gender and gender expression, disability, origin, religious belief and sexual orientation or any other criteria. **We are looking for a Junior Technical Assistant who:** Has experience in light vehicle mechanics and has worked at transportation companies, dealerships, or mechanical workshops. **Job Objective**: Analyze service orders from Distribution, Light Vehicle, and Executive client portfolios; verify indicators reported in service orders; interact with ECs to reduce service order costs and improve SLA and customer approval time. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze service orders; * Contact authorized workshops to negotiate pricing; * Conduct technical analysis of parts for subsequent negotiation with workshops. **Basic Requirements:** * Experience in light vehicle mechanics. * Completed high school education (technical course in progress is desirable); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Team-oriented mindset.
