We look forward to meeting dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in monitoring and updating physical and physical\-financial schedules of construction projects; * Support the preparation of managerial reports and performance indicators; * Conduct field information surveys to support activity planning; * Assist in controlling team productivity and construction progress; * Support the preparation and updating of control and monitoring spreadsheets; * Contribute to the control of technical documentation and construction records; * Provide support in analyzing measurements, costs, and contract deadlines; * Assist in organizing planning and monitoring meetings; * Support the team in using construction management tools and systems; * Perform other related activities as directed by leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields, from the 4th semester onward. **Desired Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel; * Basic knowledge of construction planning and control; * Familiarity with MS Project, AutoCAD, or Power BI is desirable. **Additional Information** **All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PwDs).** We value diversity and believe inclusion is a fundamental pillar for building a fairer, more humane, and welcoming workplace for everyone. **Pioneering Education Initiative in Brazil** This is the first Public\-Private Partnership (PPP) project in the education sector in the country.
