We look forward to meeting dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervision of general activities during construction project execution; * Measurement of services for progress tracking and physical schedule updates; * Verification of technical specifications of applied materials according to the descriptive memorandum; * Inspection of completed works against project specifications and quality management system requirements; * Weekly planning updates; * Preparation of construction diaries, technical reports, and photographic reports; * Support for land inspections; * Final construction checklist. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Production Engineering, or related fields. * **Desirable:** Driver’s license, Category B. **Desired Competencies and Skills:** ------------------------------------------ * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable. * Safety training (NR standards) applicable to the role. * Quality training applicable to the role. **Additional Information** **All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PwDs).** We value diversity and believe inclusion is a fundamental pillar for building a fairer, more humane, and welcoming workplace for everyone. Under a 25-year contract, INOVA CXS is responsible for the construction, operation, maintenance, and non-pedagogical service management of the school units, while pedagogical leadership remains fully under public authority, preserving municipal educational autonomy. More than fulfilling a contract, INOVA CXS reinforces the role of public-private partnership as a tool for transformation—delivering quality infrastructure, responsible management, and services that directly contribute to social development, family well-being, and a better future for the children of Caxias do Sul.
