Job Summary: The Materials Controller will be responsible for receiving, identifying, storing, issuing, and packing materials, ensuring quality and meeting customer requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Comply with quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety standards. **Eaton is seeking a Materials Controller – Shipping and Warehouse to work in Caxias do Sul.** **Please attach your updated resume in PDF or WORD format in the designated field.** *If you are an internal candidate (#E), please apply via Eaton Jobs (Intranet > Joe > EatonJobs)* **What you’ll do:** ------------------- **PRIMARY FUNCTION:** * Perform material and product receiving, identification, storage, issuance, and packing activities to ensure quantity and quality, thereby fulfilling internal and external customer requirements within established deadlines and quality standards. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** 1\. Receive, inspect, identify, enter into the integrated system, store, and pick parts, components, raw materials, and products according to procedures and work instructions. 2\. Prepare materials for shipment: pack components, build loads, label packages, and rack pallets. 3\. Move materials using forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks, if certified. 4\. Ensure inventory accuracy per established processes and work instructions. 5\. Comply with quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management system standards and procedures. 6\. Implement 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) to eliminate waste and maintain a clean, organized workplace and equipment. 7\. Perform other related duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor and/or per process or quality system procedures. **Qualifications:** ------------------- **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education. * Availability to work during business hours. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Preferred: * Prior experience in logistics, receiving, and material preparation * Basic computer skills * Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks * Forklift certification * Driver’s license class B We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
