Job Summary: An IT professional to handle incident resolution, IT infrastructure administration, technical documentation, system integration and project implementation, including ERP customization development and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Handling incident resolution and IT infrastructure administration. 2. Developing ERP customizations (SQL, reports, ADVPL/Protheus). 3. Optimizing administrative and industrial processes using technology. The company is seeking an IT Analyst in Campo Bom. **Responsibilities:** Handle and resolve incidents related to ERP systems, general applications, networks, and infrastructure. Administer IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and strategic indicators. Participate in system integrations. Support the implementation of new IT projects. Develop ERP customizations (SQL queries, reports, ADVPL/Protheus adjustments). Develop and optimize administrative and industrial processes using technology. Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Support Analyst, Network Analyst, or Information Security Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
