Printer Maintenance Technician

Description

Responsibilities: The professional will be responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of our customers' printer fleets located in the **Serra Gaúcha** region. This role requires predominantly external (field-based) work, performing daily technical visits for preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment models, ensuring high levels of availability, print quality, and end-user satisfaction through agile and effective service. Key responsibilities include end-to-end technical support at the client's site: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on multifunction printers, dot-matrix printers, and large-format equipment; * Conduct accurate diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, and software failures; * Configure networked equipment using **TCP/IP** protocols and driver installation; * Install, assemble, and activate new equipment within the client's fleet; * Provide on-site technical support, resolving user queries and guiding them on proper device usage; * Thoroughly document all service calls, part replacements, and service orders in the management system; Requirements To successfully perform this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Experience maintaining printers from various brands (HP, Samsung, Brother, Ricoh, etc.); * Valid and up-to-date Brazilian National Driver's License **(CNH) Category B**; * Solid knowledge of hardware failure diagnosis; * Fundamental understanding of computer networks and connectivity; * Full availability for daily travel between cities in the Serra Gaúcha region.
