We’re excited to meet talent eager to help shape the future of AI within our organization! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Identify Business Improvement Opportunities with AI** * Identify high-value AI use cases in collaboration with business units. * Assess new AI requirements for feasibility, business value, and reuse of existing solutions. * Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions. **Develop and Scale AI Solutions** * Design and implement end-to-end AI pilots (data, models, integrations, and deployment). * Develop internal AI solutions for applications, web platforms, and connected products (IoT). * Experiment with emerging AI technologies and conduct PoCs to validate business value. * Scale successful pilots into robust, secure solutions. **Project Management and Initiative Support** * Lead AI projects with cross-functional internal and external teams. * Manage AI technology vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with project objectives. * Contribute to the AI roadmap and identify new high-impact opportunities. **Bridge Technology and Teams** * Serve as a liaison between business, IT, data, and AI solution teams. * Evaluate and integrate external AI platforms where relevant. * Ensure solutions align with corporate architecture, data platforms, and security standards. **Ensure Governance and Innovation** * Ensure projects comply with AI governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management standards. * Support regional AI initiatives and share best practices. * Promote reuse of components, models, and platforms. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Experience** Minimum **3 years** of experience in: * Building AI, machine learning, data, and automation solutions in enterprise environments. * Designing and delivering end-to-end AI systems or digital solutions. * Working with enterprise platforms, vendors, and integrations. * Leading technical or cross-functional projects. **Solid Knowledge of:** * Enterprise architecture, data platforms, and system integration. **Technical Skills** * Programming (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent). * Machine Learning, LLMs, and AI system integration. * Data engineering fundamentals (SQL, ETL, pipelines). * Cloud, containers, and DevOps (AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, CI/CD). * APIs, system architecture, security, and governance. * Experience with commercial AI platforms and enterprise integrations. **Additional Information** **Personal Competencies** * Advanced English (verbal and written). * Analytical mindset and solution orientation. * Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Consulting experience in analysis, advisory, and solution delivery. * Structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented profile. * Comfort operating in innovative and dynamic environments. * Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences. **Hyva Brazil** is the only South American subsidiary of the Hyva Group, part of the global **JOST** Group.
