Job Summary: Export Commercial Analyst responsible for customer service, quotations, orders, documentation, export process follow-up, and commercial reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and relationship management for export clients. 2. Preparation of documentation and follow-up of export processes. 3. Market analysis and support for commercial decision-making. **EXPORT COMMERCIAL ANALYST** **Job Description:** Serving export customers; creating and sending export commercial quotations; receiving and processing export customer orders; preparing necessary documentation for export of goods and/or services, in compliance with applicable legislation; following up on export processes with customs brokers and reviewing documents; archiving and maintaining organization of foreign trade documents; registering direct import processes for customers\-representatives; following up with customers/customs brokers regarding direct sales\-representation; requesting and recording commission reports for direct sales representation; monitoring, preparing, and managing commissions for direct sales to customers \- representatives; conducting market trend studies and reports; assisting in identifying and analyzing competitors and customers; assisting in researching and analyzing commercial performance tools; preparing commercial analyses and reports to support decision-making (profitability spreadsheet, action plan, sales performance, etc.); managing international schedule, trade fairs, events, and marketing activities; proposing improvements **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in International Trade or currently pursuing it; fluent English (written and spoken); Excel proficiency; ability to perform calculations in foreign currency; prior experience in the industrial sector is desirable; prior experience in export operations (including customs brokerage firms) is desirable; knowledge of marketing is desirable **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Benefits:** Salary + Meal Voucher + Transportation Voucher / or Fuel Allowance + Education Allowance + Hospital Health Plan + Annual Bonus *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
