Job Summary: A Technical Support professional responsible for electrical and mechanical assistance, customer training, and support in product development. Key Highlights: 1. Technical Support (Caxias do Sul\- RS) **Job Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to customers regarding the electrical and mechanical components of products; Update the service spreadsheet with existing technical support demand; Schedule and deliver customer training as required by CRM demand, and keep the CRM updated; Support engineering teams with internal requests and product development; Identify opportunities for improvements and new business for the company based on customers' technical demands; Implement improvements to products and services provided. Perform assembly and/or technical support for customers, and travel for on-site maintenance. **Requirements:** Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Industrial experience; Computer literacy: Windows, Office; Basic English; Knowledge of electronic systems; Knowledge of handling and assembling components on circuit boards; Proficiency with instruments such as multimeters; Knowledge of microcontroller programming (desirable).
