Nexus Human Resources is a company specialized in people management solutions. We offer recruitment, selection, and human resources consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Map and document the company's internal processes. Analyze failures, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement. Create and implement operational procedures and standards. Monitor process performance indicators. Evaluate the production flow of cutting, sewing, inspection, and shipping. Identify production delays. Develop flowcharts for the production process. Standardize inspection and shipping processes to prevent errors. Suggest improvements to increase productivity and operational efficiency. Previous experience as a Process Improvement Specialist, Process Consultant, Process Coordinator, or Process Manager may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position.
