We have an opportunity for you: Position: NOC Operator Responsibilities: * Monitor the company's network infrastructure using network monitoring and traffic analysis tools to identify bottlenecks, failures, and threats. * Diagnose and resolve connectivity, performance, and security issues using technical manuals, knowledge bases, and other resources. * Escalate complex issues that cannot be resolved within the NOC to higher-level technical support teams, ensuring proper tracking and resolution. * Manage network incidents by recording all relevant information about problems, implemented solutions, and response timeframes. * Implement and maintain network security policies in accordance with company-established procedures, using appropriate tools and techniques. * Perform preventive maintenance on network equipment according to scheduled plans and document all activities performed. * Comply with internal company standards and procedures, ensuring service quality, information security, and customer satisfaction.
