Proactivity and eagerness to learn **BM VAGAS, in partnership with a cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking a DESIGN ASSISTANT in Novo Hamburgo/RS** Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and development of the brand's visual materials; Support in creating labels, packaging, boxes, and general graphic materials; Image editing and photo retouching for use in catalogs, e-commerce, and social media; Development of digital assets for Instagram, Stories, banners, and paid advertisements; Collaborate with the marketing team to standardize the brand’s visual identity; Organize and update design files and mockups; Assist in reviewing texts and layouts prior to production and printing; Oversee the graphic production process to ensure final deliverables meet the company’s quality standards. Requirements: Basic knowledge of design and social media is desirable; Proficiency in design software; Familiarity with visual identity and branding. Skills: Creativity and attention to detail; Strong communication and teamwork abilities; Organization and ability to meet deadlines; Proactivity and eagerness to learn. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break included)
