Job Summary: Assist in the creation and development of the brand's visual materials, supporting the marketing team in standardizing the visual identity and overseeing the graphic production process. Proactivity and eagerness to learn **BM VAGAS, in partnership with a cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking a DESIGN ASSISTANT in Novo Hamburgo/RS** Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and development of the brand's visual materials; Support in creating labels, packaging, boxes, and general graphic materials; Image editing and photo retouching for use in catalogs, e-commerce, and social media; Development of digital assets for Instagram, Stories, banners, and paid advertisements; Collaborate with the marketing team to standardize the brand’s visual identity; Organize and update design files and mockups; Assist in reviewing texts and layouts prior to production and printing; Oversee the graphic production process to ensure final deliverables meet the company’s quality standards. Requirements: Basic knowledge of design and social media is desirable; Proficiency in design software; Familiarity with visual identity and branding. Skills: Creativity and attention to detail; Strong communication and teamwork abilities; Organization and ability to meet deadlines; Proactivity and eagerness to learn. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break included)
