Mundial SA, Caxias do Sul/RS unit, has an open position for a Marketing Assistant, working with the Syllent brand. **ABOUT THE POSITION** ---------------- Your routine will include supporting the execution of the company's communication and marketing activities; assisting in planning, producing, and publishing social media content in collaboration with the partner agency; supporting the development of graphic materials for packaging, brochures, catalogs, and institutional assets together with the partner agency; assisting in preparing briefs for packaging, communication materials, and promotional campaigns; providing marketing material support to sales teams and representatives; supporting the organization and execution of the company's participation in events, trade fairs, and exhibitions; monitoring results of activities and campaigns, assisting in organizing data, reports, and KPIs; contributing to organizing departmental requests and managing deadlines and deliverables. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------------ Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields Intermediate proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator Intermediate proficiency in Premiere Pro (preferred) Familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns Knowledge of RD Station Marketing (preferred) Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and conciseness Proactive, collaborative profile with attention to detail. **BENEFITS** -------------- Competitive salary, health insurance, profit-sharing plan (PPLR), group life insurance, meal allowance, transportation allowance or shuttle service. **PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES (PwD) ARE WELCOME TO JOIN OUR TEAM!** --------------------------------------------------------------------
