Job Summary: Responsible for developing materials for sports footwear, from conception with designers through laboratory testing and supplier follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring supplier performance **Requirements:** * Experience in developing materials for sports footwear **Responsibilities:** * Receive material specifications from Design and Pattern Making teams; * Develop new materials jointly with suppliers; * Order materials for sample production as requested by Pattern Making Assistants, negotiate terms, and monitor delivery deadlines; * Prepare standard swatch cards of new raw materials for suppliers, production, and pattern making; * Register simple materials and inform the Development and Cost Analysts of material references, suppliers, and costs; * Monitor and jointly address supplier performance issues with the Purchasing Department; * Submit new materials for physical-chemical laboratory testing and jointly evaluate results with the laboratory. * Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4,000.00 - R$7,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
