Perform measurements and tool changes Industry seeks a Mechanical Lathe Operator in Caxias do Sul. **Responsibilities:** Operate automatic mechanical lathes (e.g., multi-spindle, single-spindle) according to production orders. Feed raw materials (bars) and monitor machine operation. Perform basic adjustments and fine-tuning to ensure productivity and part quality. Monitor the machining process, identify deviations, and correct them as necessary. Conduct measurements using inspection instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Execute tool changes and minor setup adjustments. Ensure parts comply with technical specifications. Maintain workplace organization and adhere to safety and quality standards. Previous experience as a Machine Tool Operator, Mechanical Turner, Milling Machine Operator, or Machining Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
