Dynamic environment for professional development **ENGIE Brasil Energia is looking for a new** **talent to join our team!** **Maintenance Technician I** We are seeking a **Maintenance Technician I** to ensure operational continuity, safety, efficiency, and operational availability of power plants, as well as contribute to the performance, integrity, functionality, and safety of plant equipment and systems. **If you are organized, communicative, and seek a dynamic environment for professional development, this is the place for you!** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure operational continuity, safety, efficiency, and operational availability of wind power plants, including medium-voltage networks and substations. * Contribute to equipment and system performance and integrity through execution of maintenance plans. * Ensure preservation of operational and maintenance history, standardization, and safe execution of activities at company power plants. * Suggest, implement, and monitor improvements and modifications to operational processes and executive procedures. * Perform analysis, creation, revision, and/or maintenance of regulatory documentation and processes within the area of responsibility. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, external and internal Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management regulations applicable to business operations, and act responsibly in assigned processes to support implementation of certification standards adopted by the Company. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields, with active CFT (Technical Certification). * English – Basic. * Driver’s License – Category B. * Plant equipment and systems – Intermediate. * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and flowcharts – Intermediate. * Processes related to plant operation and associated equipment and systems – Intermediate. * Pre- and post-operation systemic activities and interfaces – Intermediate. * Generalist maintenance procedures, plans, methods, and techniques – Basic. * Tools and software for operations, maintenance, and technical documentation management – Basic. * Operational procedures – Advanced. * Health and safety regulations and procedures, and applicable standards – Advanced. * Writing and public speaking techniques – Basic. * Computer literacy: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet, e-mail – Basic. **Desirable Attributes:** * Prior technical experience in electrical systems. **Interested in this challenge?
