Job Summary: Coordinate and control warehouse operational activities, ensuring operational quality and flow while optimizing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support personnel management and preparation of strategic reports Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift) Supervise, coordinate, and control warehouse operational activities; ensure proper receipt, storage, movement, picking, and dispatch of goods according to quality, safety, and productivity standards; ensure quality and smooth daily operational flow; monitor and track departmental KPIs, developing action plans to improve results; map and optimize operational processes; supervise palletizing processes, ensuring compliance with established standards; plan and supervise daily demand in accordance with delivery schedules; monitor all order stages: picking, verification, invoicing, transshipment, loading, route planning, system inventory adjustment, and incident logging; handle stock-out situations by collaborating with department management to evaluate substitutions or confirm stockouts, ensuring adherence to agreed deadlines; ensure timely pickup flows and monitor orders with expired deadlines, taking necessary actions; identify operational bottlenecks and organize the team according to demand peaks; analyze operational reports and propose continuous improvements; support the Logistics Operations Manager in personnel management (recruitment, development, retention, and team engagement); contribute to preparing strategic reports focused on productivity and goal achievement; comply with client-specific procedures.
