If you are organized, detail-oriented, this may be the perfect opportunity for you as an Administrative Apprentice. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist the company's team in handling routine corporate tasks; * Organize documents; * Answer phone calls; * Manage files; * Assist in preparing spreadsheets and many other daily departmental activities; * Record expenses; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be between 18 and 22 years old; * Have completed or be currently pursuing high school education; * Excellent organizational and time-management skills; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and perform tasks under minimal supervision. **Additional Information** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:15 PM (one weekly class at our local partner institution) * Remuneration * Meal allowance: BRL 221.00 * Dental plan * Gympass * Life insurance * University tuition partnership * Pharmacy partnership * Transportation allowance * Opportunities for career advancement and enhancement of administrative skills; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity to work at a growing company with potential for professional learning and development.
