Job Summary: A Training & Development (T&D) professional in education to plan, organize, and monitor courses; provide support to instructors and students; manage LMS content; and create supporting materials. Managing content and routines on the LMS platform, creating supporting materials. An education-sector company is seeking a Training and Course Development Analyst in Duque de Caxias. **Responsibilities:** Plan, organize, and monitor course and class schedules. Provide operational support to instructors regarding academic routines. Assist students with academic and administrative requests, ensuring a positive experience. Manage content, updates, and routines on the LMS platform. Create supporting materials, presentations, and visual content for courses.
