The professional will be responsible for **delivering practical driving lessons** to students, applying the company’s **exclusive teaching method**, which focuses on developing confidence, autonomy, and driving skills. **Responsibilities:** * Teach practical vehicle driving according to the company's proprietary method; * Monitor each student's individual progress and provide constructive feedback; * Ensure a respectful, empathetic, and motivating learning environment; * Maintain safety during practical lessons. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH), Category B or higher; * Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy; * Alignment with the company's values and interest in contributing to women's autonomy in traffic. * **Applicants with prior experience as auto school instructors will not be accepted.** **We Offer:** * Training in Mulheres Habilitadas' exclusive method; * A collaborative and welcoming work environment; * The opportunity to join a company that empowers women through driving.
