Job Summary: Professional responsible for installing, configuring, and repairing telecommunications services, ensuring service quality and providing on-site technical support to customers. Key Highlights: 1. Diagnosis and repair of technical faults in communication systems 2. On-site technical support to customers during installation or repair 3.
