Job Summary: Performs installation and maintenance services for telephone lines, broadband, and IPTV (Fiber Optic), ensuring proper operation and service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and maintenance of telephone lines, broadband, and IPTV 2. Conducts final tests to complete maintenance tasks 3. Detects anomalies in the telephone network and seeks solutions EXPERIENCE, OWN VEHICLE, AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED! Perform installation and maintenance services for telephone lines, broadband, and IPTV (Fiber Optic), keeping them in good working condition, in compliance with standard quality procedures and scheduled deadlines. Contact the CL to report service completion or issues that prevented execution; Contact the customer in cases of recurring defects; Conduct final tests to conclude maintenance work; Close the service order with the CL, IVR, or PDA; Detect anomalies in the telephone network, identifying faulty cabinets, broken poles, or damaged, corroded, or stolen cables; Evaluate alternatives for routing and securing coaxial cable, fiber, or network cable to the location designated by the customer.
