Job Summary: Professional responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing FTTH network projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and optimal resource utilization. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in FTTH and optical fiber network projects. 2. Work with optical network topology and infrastructure. 3. Focus on process improvement and resource optimization. · Design, analyze, and oversee FTTH network projects from conception through implementation. · Conduct technical feasibility studies for optical network expansion, modernization, and adaptation. · Develop and review detailed optical fiber network construction projects. · Support network capacity planning, route definition, capacity allocation, and FTTH architecture design. · Monitor project schedules, KPIs, and progress in coordination with involved departments. · Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to ensure technical scope compliance. · Validate technical documentation, maps, diagrams, reports, and project records. · Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and internal procedures. · Identify opportunities for process improvement and resource optimization in network projects. · Support operational and strategic demands related to FTTH infrastructure expansion and maintenance. **3\. Technical Requirements** · Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Networking, Information Technology, or related fields. · Prior experience with FTTH optical fiber network projects. · Knowledge of optical network topology, external and internal infrastructure, backbone, distribution, and access networks. · Experience reading and interpreting technical projects, maps, and diagrams. · Familiarity with telecommunications project tools and systems is considered a plus. · Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. **4\.
