**Job Description:**
We are looking for a dedicated and committed professional to join our team as a **Pedagogical Coordinator**. This person will be responsible for monitoring, guiding, and supporting the pedagogical work of teachers in **Early Childhood Education** and **Elementary School I**, promoting a welcoming, organized, and educationally aligned school environment.
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in **Pedagogy** or related fields;
* Prior experience as a **Pedagogical Coordinator** or **Coordination Assistant**;
* Experience in **Early Childhood Education** and **Elementary School I**;
* Experience in **school management**, teaching staff supervision, pedagogical planning, and meetings with guardians;
* Residence near the neighborhood of **Jardim América** or easy access to the area.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Postgraduate studies in the educational field;
* Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills;
* Proactivity, organization, and sensitivity when working with children, families, and staff.
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and monitor pedagogical planning;
* Promote ongoing professional development for teaching staff;
* Mediate relationships among staff, families, and school administration;
* Participate in pedagogical meetings, class councils, and school events;
* Ensure implementation of the institution's political-pedagogical project.

Compensation: Starting at R$1.800,00 per month
