Job Summary: Night shift Kitchen Assistant responsible for agile sandwich assembly, pre-preparation of ingredients, and maintaining kitchen hygiene and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Agile preparation of sandwiches and appetizers, ensuring final product quality 2. Pre-preparation of ingredients, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) 3. Responsibility for cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the work environment Kitchen Assistant – Night Shift **Location:** Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro. Job Responsibilities * **Assembly:** Agile preparation of sandwiches and appetizers, ensuring final product quality. * **Preparation:** Pre-preparation of ingredients, strictly following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * **Maintenance:** Responsibility for continuous cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing of the kitchen area and work equipment. Compensation and Benefits * **Base Salary:** R$ 1.714,00. * **Performance Bonus:** R$ 200.00 (based on productivity targets). * **Potential Total Compensation:** R$ 1.914,00. * **Benefits:** On-site meal and Transportation Voucher (R$ 10.00/day). Work Schedule * **Shift Hours:** 5:55 PM to 2:15 AM. * **Work Rotation:** 6 days on / 1 day off (one weekly day off, including one Sunday per month). Requirements * Proven prior experience in this role, especially in sandwich assembly. * Agile, proactive profile with high standards for cleanliness and organization.
