Ensures the safety and integrity of everyone #### **About the position:** We are looking for a dedicated professional to work as an Access Controller, responsible for ensuring security and controlling the entry and exit of people and vehicles at our facilities. The professional will play a fundamental role in maintaining order and preventing incidents, safeguarding assets and the integrity of all individuals present on-site. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Control the entry and exit flow of people, vehicles, and materials according to established procedures. * Answer intercoms and telephones, providing information and directing calls. * Record incidents, movements, and relevant information in an incident logbook or computerized system. * Guide visitors regarding safety rules and internal procedures. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workstation. * Contact competent authorities or the security team in case of emergencies or suspicious situations. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Proven experience as an Access Controller, Doorman, or in related fields. * Basic computer skills (Office suite and registration systems). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Professional demeanor, ethics, and discretion. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantage):** * Training course in Access Control or Asset Security. * Knowledge of electronic access control systems. * Experience with CCTV monitoring. * Basic knowledge of first aid. #### **Benefits:** * Dental plan. * Transportation allowance. * Life insurance. * Funeral assistance. * Cafeterias in all stores. * Up to 70% discount on university tuition (for employee and dependents). * Discounts on company products. * SESC membership for leisure activities for you and your dependents :) * SENAC courses (vocational training for you and your dependents). #### **Work schedule and hours: 6 days on / 1 day off rotation
