Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for conducting patrols, monitoring entrances and exits, controlling access, identifying risks, and maintaining the safety and organization of the environment. Key Highlights: 1. Act proactively to ensure environmental safety. 2. Maintain order, organization, and safety. 3. Provide support in emergency situations. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct periodic patrols throughout company premises. * Monitor the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and materials. * Control keys and record incidents in a logbook or system. * Identify risk situations and contact authorities or responsible personnel when necessary. * Maintain order, organization, and safety of the environment. * Act preventively by observing suspicious movements. * Provide support in emergency situations according to internal protocols. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (minimum). * Prior experience as a Security Guard, Doorman, or in related fields (preferred). * Basic knowledge of asset security. * Good communication skills and professional demeanor. * Ability to concentrate attention and make quick decisions. * Availability to work on rotating shifts. **Desirable Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity * Sense of responsibility * Discipline * Discretion * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Strong observational skills Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.641,95 \- R$1\.917,71 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
