Key responsibilities: * Align information regarding tasks performed during shift handovers. * Maintain cleaning of idle components using specific cleaning agents. * Collect product samples during processing and forward them to the laboratory for analysis. * Periodically monitor the operation of equipment used in the filtration process, identifying maintenance needs and reporting them to the responsible supervisor. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, as well as cleanliness of used equipment. * Identify and propose suggestions for improving sector-operated processes. * Perform industrial operations inherent to the department. * Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) operations on cellar equipment. * Comply with company-established standards and procedures. * Adhere to safety and environmental protection standards and regulations while performing duties. * Develop or execute other related activities as determined by the immediate supervisor. * Carry out assigned duties under close and continuous supervision.
