Maintaining proper operation and safety of facilities **Responsibilities:** * Assist in maintenance and conservation activities for building facilities—including masonry, electrical, and plumbing systems—performing repairs and corrective actions * Perform routine civil maintenance tasks, including minor repairs to floors and walls, painting, plumbing, and pneumatic services * Respond to building maintenance requests by assessing reported issues and identifying the most efficient and safe solutions * Implement actions to keep facilities in good working condition and ensure safe working environments * Manage inventory control of assets assigned to the professional, maintaining up-to-date inventory records * Ensure proper use of individual and collective personal protective equipment (PPE) * Supervise third-party technical staff contracted for specialized maintenance services when required * Submit periodic maintenance reports via WEB **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Vocational training in electrical systems or related fields * Prior experience as a building maintenance assistant **Location:** Rio de Janeiro/RJ Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Group Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Medical Assistance / Group Medicine * Dental Assistance * Food Allowance * Transportation Benefit * Basic Food Basket
