Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining electrical installations, circuits, and equipment, as well as performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor and operate electrical installations and equipment. 2. Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance. 3. Support civil, hydraulic, and air-conditioning maintenance routines. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining electrical installations, circuits, and equipment, including generator sets, UPS systems, hydraulic pumps, distribution panels, electrical control systems, emergency lighting systems, static parallel switches, transfer switches between generator and utility power, power transformers, and other equipment—both medium- and low-voltage—at designated locations * Responsible for conducting periodic inspection rounds on equipment, measuring consumption and performance of equipment/installations, performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, and providing technical supervision of third-party contractors engaged for specialized maintenance services * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment according to the activity schedule * Carry out building electrical work, such as wiring, installing outlet boxes and circuit breakers, replacing lamps, replacing electric motors, and line filters * Support civil, painting, hydraulic, and air-conditioning maintenance routines * Assemble electrical control panels and switchboards * Responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance on building electrical installations, appliances, and equipment, guided by blueprints, electrical schematics/diagrams, instructions, and other specific documentation * Implement actions to maintain installations in good working condition and ensure safe working conditions * Responsible for managing the inventory of assets assigned to the professional * Ensure proper use of personal and collective protective equipment **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Completed technical course in Electrotechnology or vocational training in Electrical Engineering or related fields (e.g., Electrical Installations, Electrical Controls) * Solid experience in generalist building maintenance **Location:** Rio de Janeiro/RJ and São Paulo/SP Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Group Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Group Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Food Voucher * Transportation Allowance * Basic Food Basket
