Management and preparation of occupational health and safety (OHS) legal documents **Occupational Safety Technician \- OHS** **Job Description:** We are looking for an organized, analytical, and health-and-safety-focused Occupational Safety Technician. The ideal candidate possesses both technical and behavioral competencies to efficiently execute OHS management tasks and collaborate with the team to foster a safe workplace compliant with current legislation. This professional will also directly support a retail client, conducting store visits to perform field activities such as Daily Safety Talks (DDS), training sessions, Internal Accident Prevention Committees (CIPA), issuance of Work Accident Reports (CAT), safety patrols, management and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and other preventive and corrective actions. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Weekly workload: 44 hours (220 hours per month). **Job Responsibilities:** * Support data collection and organization of technical information for preparing, renewing, and updating technical reports (LTI, LTP, LTCAT); * Prepare, review, and maintain up-to-date mandatory OHS legal documents, including Risk Assessment Report (PGR), Occupational Health Program (PCMSO), Individual Occupational Profile (PPP), Accident Prevention Program (PCA), Respiratory Protection Program (PPR), among others; * Monitor document and report expiration dates to ensure legal compliance; * Manage document control and physical/digital archiving of Occupational Health and Safety records; * Support internal and external audits by organizing required evidence and documentation; * Develop reports, spreadsheets, and managerial indicators for the OHS area; * Support communication with technical service providers and collect information for contracts and reports; * Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of administrative processes related to OHS; * Conduct technical field visits to deliver trainings, DDS, CIPA, CAT, safety patrols, and activities related to PPE distribution and control. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Prior experience focused on administrative routines within the OHS field; * Practical knowledge of preparing legal documents and technical reports; * Familiarity with Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs) and OHS management systems; * Strong written communication skills, organizational ability, and proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, and document management platforms; * Experience with systems such as SOC or similar is considered a plus. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and strategic planning; * Proactivity and focus on practical solutions; * Attention to detail and analytical thinking; * Assertive communication and clarity in conveying information; * Teamwork and ability to positively influence colleagues; * Commitment to ethics and professional standards. **Additional Benefits:** * TotalPass: access to over 20,000 partner gyms across Brazil; * SESC membership; * Discounts at partner educational institutions; * Swile Meal Card, a flexible benefits card. **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT contract **Compensation:** R$ 2\.986,98 per month If you meet the profile and possess the required competencies for this position, please submit your resume and join our team!
