Job Summary: Responsible for individually accompanying and transporting patients, providing humanized assistance, coordinating referrals, and ensuring quality and well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of referrals and personalized care * Responsible for individually accompanying patients and their companions from the moment they arrive at the facility until their departure and during internal movements; * Transport patients on stretchers and/or wheelchairs from the clinic entrance to the treatment location; * Transfer, position, and transport patients while observing their health conditions and selecting the most appropriate location for the journey; * Provide humanized assistance to patients, directing them to nursing and other departments for initiation of dialysis and/or sessions with the multidisciplinary team (psychological, physiotherapy, nutrition), outpatient medical consultations, and general personalized care. * Deliver individualized service by conducting daily patient visits and coordinating appropriate referrals based on patient requests related to various departments and areas of the clinic. * Greet patients and visitors, respond to requests such as calling a taxi, providing information about the clinic and its services, indicating requested services, and verifying with physicians whether patient authorization is required to use such services, among other duties. * Ensure quality and time optimization through differentiated and precise service aimed at improving patients' quality of life and well-being. * Safeguard patients by delivering agility, hospitality, and personalized service across diverse healthcare-related demands.
