Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for issuing and analyzing monitoring requests, tracking shipments, and training drivers in Risk Management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Risk Management for road freight transportation 2. Experience in container transportation (port experience is a plus) 3. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency **Main Responsibilities** * Issuing monitoring requests to major market Risk Management providers; * Analyzing and verifying PGR (Risk Management Plan); * Registering, querying, and searching drivers and vehicle combinations (tractor \+ trailer); * Monitoring and approving shipments according to Risk Management criteria; * Training drivers on: correct use of tracking devices and Risk Management procedures and policies; * Liaising with operations, monitoring teams, and Risk Management providers; * Supporting incident response, deviations, and risk mitigation activities. **Requirements** * Proven experience in Risk Management for road freight transportation; * Experience in container transportation (port experience is a plus); * Knowledge of PGR, DDR, driver registration and search; * Experience with tracking technologies; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency; * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM; Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Compensation: Starting at R$3\.136,46 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Commuter allowance Experience: * Risk Management (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
