A work environment that values friendliness and teamwork We are seeking an organized, communicative, and proactive individual to work as a **Receptionist**, responsible for the first point of contact with customers and for supporting the unit's administrative routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp. * Register students and update their information in the system. * Provide information about plans, services, and company operations. * Monitor customer entry and exit. * Assist in organizing the reception area and basic administrative routines. * Support the sales team when necessary. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Strong communication skills and experience in customer service. * Organizational skills and responsibility. * Basic computer literacy. * Prior customer service experience is a plus. **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity * Friendliness and courtesy * Punctuality * Ability to work well in a team.
