This person will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls, and supporting seamless dining room operations, ensuring a warm and unforgettable experience. Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome customers courteously; * Manage reservation lists and waiting queues; * Escort customers to their tables when necessary; * Answer telephone calls and relay information clearly; * Support the dining room team with organizational and service-related tasks; * Maintain a consistently tidy reception area. \* * Requirements: * Prior experience as a receptionist, hostess, or in customer service (restaurant experience is a plus); * Strong verbal communication and professional appearance; * Organizational skills and efficiency; * Availability to work rotating shifts \[insert company shift schedule]; * Team spirit and proactivity.
