Location: Nova Iguaçu – Rio de Janeiro Schedule: Monday to Saturday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM OR 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Your main responsibilities: - Provide excellent and courteous service to our customers. - Support the store floor supervisor. - Retrieve quotations and confirm appointments. - Assist with unit administrative routines. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Solid experience in customer service; - Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; - Familiarity with Consumer Protection Law; - Proactivity, good communication skills, and organizational ability.
