Work with marketplace metrics and algorithms A restaurant with hybrid operations (physical store \+ delivery) is seeking a professional to lead operations and ensure high sales performance and service quality. **About the operations:** * Physical store (Deli) with counter sales * 3 active delivery brands: Pizza, Pasta, and Deli * Strong presence on marketplaces **Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen teams * Ensure service quality and operational standards * Manage inventory and operational organization * Monitor delivery sales targets and KPIs * Work with marketplace metrics and algorithms **Requirements:** * High school diploma * Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant operational management with delivery * Experience in people management and operational routines * Knowledge of A\&B management and sales KPIs * Analytical, organized profile with results orientation **Employment type:** CLT Salary: R$ 3\.500,00 \+ sales commission Benefits: Transportation allowance \+ meals on site Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off \| 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Payment: R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
