




Job Summary: A procurement professional responsible for negotiations, acquisition of fire prevention and firefighting materials and equipment, and supplier management. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization and attention to detail **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers; * Procure materials, equipment, and services related to fire prevention and firefighting; * Monitor purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and inventory control; * Evaluate quality, price, and supply terms; * Maintain an updated supplier database; * Support technical and operational departments regarding material requirements; * Ensure compliance with deadlines, internal regulations, and company procedures. **Required Knowledge and Qualifications:** * Experience or knowledge in procurement; * Preferred knowledge of fire prevention and firefighting materials and equipment (fire extinguishers, hoses, PPE, alarm systems, hydrants, etc.); * Basic understanding of negotiation and cost analysis; * Basic computer skills (Excel, e-mail, procurement systems); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication; * High school diploma (technical or higher education in related fields preferred).
