To strengthen our team and maintain our high service standards, we seek a proactive **Construction Materials Helper**, eager to learn and committed to their work. **Job Description:** The Construction Materials Helper will play an essential role in supporting daily store and warehouse operations. We are looking for someone organized, agile, and comfortable assisting customers and handling cargo movement. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: **Goods Receiving:** * Assist in unloading trucks and receiving various materials. * Verify quantities and condition of received goods. **Organization and Storage:** * Organize materials in the warehouse safely and efficiently. * Ensure aisles and storage areas remain clean and unobstructed. * Sort products for delivery or pickup as instructed. **Customer Service and Support:** * Assist customers in locating products and transporting materials to their vehicles when necessary. * Provide prompt and courteous support to the sales team. **Material Handling:** * Assist in loading and unloading trucks. * Operate carts, pallet jacks, and other basic material-handling equipment. **Maintenance and Upkeep:** * Maintain equipment, tools, and workplace in good condition. * Comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in warehouses, loading/unloading, or construction supply stores is desirable. * Physical capability to lift and move heavy materials. * Willingness to perform manual labor and work collaboratively. * Commitment, attention to detail, and responsibility. **Employment Type:** Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Overtime opportunities **Work Schedule:** * Weekdays and weekends according to rotating schedule * 8-hour shifts Join us and become part of a team that values excellence, innovation, and continuous growth!
