Performance analysis for student development Position: Pedagogical/Commercial Tutor Work Location: Madureira Learning Center \- Rio de Janeiro Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Responsibilities: Provide human-centered service to students requesting enrollment suspension, cancellation, or course transfer, aiming to reverse the situation: Through telephone and WhatsApp communication; Negotiate, advocate for, and implement policies provided by the Higher Education Institution (HEI), with focus on student retention; Analyze student requests and offer existing services available at the Institution; Analyze student performance to promote and execute actions and projects aimed at student development and retention; Requirements: Completed high school education; Proficiency in using computer systems; Experience in customer service; Negotiation-oriented profile. Reside very close to Irajá (one commute each way).
