Management of the barbecue area and specialized preparation Restaurant located in the Center of Rio de Janeiro/RJ is seeking: Meat Handler / Barbecue Chef **Responsibilities:** * **Slaughter and Handling:** Perform humane slaughter of cattle, swine, poultry, and goats. * **Carcass Processing:** Clean, remove viscera, separate hides, and divide carcasses. * **Cutting and Deboning:** Cut, debone, and portion meat pieces for sale or distribution to cold storage facilities. * **Hygiene:** Scald and clean viscera and offal. * **Storage:** Package, weigh, and label meat pieces in compliance with sanitary regulations.
