We are looking for a **Financial Analyst** to join our team in Niterói/RJ. The professional will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing financial department routines, with emphasis on accounts payable, payment processing, cash flow control, and reconciliations—ensuring organization, compliance, and efficiency of the company’s financial operations. The role involves strategic and operational engagement in the company’s financial management, ensuring control, predictability, and reliability of financial information, with focus on construction projects and engineering contracts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and execute accounts payable and accounts receivable routines. * Perform daily bank reconciliation and monthly financial closing. * Prepare and monitor projected and actual cash flow. * Control construction progress measurements, billing, and contractual withholdings. * Support cost analysis per project and cost center. * Monitor contracts, amendments, and financial schedules. * Interface with accounting for monthly closing. * Analyze financial indicators and support management in decision-making. * Manage financial investments, resource acquisition, and banking relationships. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and tax obligations related to the finance area. * Support internal and external audits when required. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Solid experience in finance, preferably in the Construction or Engineering sector. * Experience managing financial control per project (cost center). * Experience with ERP systems, preferably Sienge. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of cash flow, income statements (DRE), budgeting, and financial analysis. * Experience managing contracts and withholdings (INSS, ISS, IRRF, etc.). **Skills and Competencies:** * Analytical and strategic mindset. * Organized with attention to detail. * Proactive with a sense of ownership. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience with Sienge (financial and construction modules). * Experience working in companies engaged in public or private construction projects. * Knowledge of budget planning and controllership. * Experience implementing or improving financial processes. * Familiarity with Power BI or other data analysis tools. * Residency in Niterói or São Gonçalo. **Benefits:** * Salary: To be determined * Meal Allowance: BRL 148.00 * Attendance Bonus Meal Allowance: BRL 152.00 * Commuter Pass * Group Life Insurance * Starbem (online medical, nutritional, and psychological care) * Avus (pharmacy discount) * CLT employment contract
