Job Summary: We are seeking a Controller Analyst with an analytical profile to perform financial control and analysis, prepare management reports, and support executive leadership. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a **Controller Analyst** with an analytical mindset and the ability to transform data into strategic insights. The professional will be responsible for financial control and analysis, preparation of management reports and dashboards, and supporting executive decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare management reports and financial performance analyses; * Develop interactive dashboards and control panels using **advanced Power BI**; * Automate processes and analyses using **programming languages**, such as **Python and SQL**; * Monitor financial KPIs and propose improvements to controller processes; * Support budget (budget) and forecast preparation and monitoring; * Assist in variance analysis between actual and budgeted results; * Contribute to the production of management reports; * Support the definition and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs); * Provide support during internal and external audits; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields**; * Prior experience in controller functions, financial analysis, or related areas; * **Advanced proficiency in Power BI**; * Knowledge of **programming languages**, such as **Python, SQL, or similar**; * Ability to work with large datasets and generate strategic insights; * Analytical, organized, and proactive profile. **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract \- On-site work in Nova Iguaçu.
