Primary point of contact and reference for customers Description: This professional will work at Milifarma, our pharmacy specialized in compounding injectable and sterile oncological and non-oncological medications. Responsibilities include prospecting new customers, promoting our pharmaceutical products, and expanding our market presence. They will serve as the primary point of contact and reference between customers and the company. Responsibilities and Duties * Present and promote pharmaceutical products, highlighting their advantages and differentiators; * Prospect new business opportunities and engage with sector partners; * Plan and manage accounts based on customer profiles/needs, execute commercial strategies, and effectively generate and deliver value to customers; * Establish relationships with key customer stakeholders; * Account management, preparation of commercial proposals, negotiations and customer-facing activities, including site visits and prospecting of new customers. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree; * Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills; * Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in the oncology segment and customer needs is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 2512010202191507880
