Contribution to the annual internal audit plan **Position: Internal Audit Analyst** Job Description / Responsibilities: Support the execution of internal audits across various company departments; Knowledge of internal controls; Knowledge of inventory procedures; Solid knowledge of payroll processing, statutory charges, and employment termination; Collect and analyze financial, operational, and process-related information; Identify and report risks and improvement opportunities; Prepare audit reports containing findings, evidence, and recommendations; Participate in monitoring action plans from audited departments; Assist in developing risk and control matrices (RACM); Contribute to fulfilling the annual internal audit plan. **Required Education and Experience:** Bachelor's degree completed or nearing completion in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; Basic knowledge of auditing, internal controls, or risk management; Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; Familiarity with audit tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TOTVS) is desirable.
