Equal opportunities and a more inclusive future Industrial Company **Position:** Naval Structure Assembler **Number of Openings:** 12 **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Prepare, position, align, join, assemble, and secure large-scale metal components—such as plates, columns, beams, piping, valves, fittings, equipment, instruments, and other components—guiding them with the assistance of transporters and appropriate tools, while observing drawings, specifications, and identification markings, to assemble the designed structure. Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and work orders, consulting tables and using precision instruments to plan the operations to be performed. Position and secure parts by fastening them with bolts and nuts, clamps, pins, rivets, or other suitable fastening methods to ensure centering, alignment, and leveling of components and prevent deviations during welding. Direct component movement using conventional hand signals to ensure precise positioning and operational safety. Organize the workplace to carry out tasks in accordance with quality, safety, and environmental preservation standards and procedures. Use appropriate tools for the job, such as drills, grinders, rivet guns, wrenches, adjustable wrenches, saws, hammers, pliers, etc. Perform other related tasks as determined and under the guidance of the immediate supervisor. **Desired Education and Experience:** Completed elementary education Minimum 1 year of experience as a Semi-Skilled Naval Structure Assembler in shipbuilding and/or ship repair companies. **Work Modality:** On-site **Neighborhood:** Centro **City:** Niterói **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour break **Additional Information:** Proactive; Team-oriented; Willingness to learn; Good interpersonal relationships; Resident of Niterói, São Gonçalo, Maricá, or neighboring cities.
