A logistics company experiencing strong market growth \- serving petrochemical clients \- is seeking an OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR I to join the team; supervise team activities, monitor contract execution, and fulfill contractual scope in logistics operations.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Plan and control all service stages;
* Comply with contractual scope;
* Be accountable for activity quality and progress;
* Perform scheduling, planning, and fiscal cell activities;
* Execute, whenever necessary, material receipt, logistics scheduling, inspection, and preservation activities;
* Develop action plans to correct potential deviations or changes in the initial plan due to new demands;
* Plan cargo and equipment movement activities;
* Participate in and monitor inventory audits;
* Attend and support operational critical analysis meetings jointly with the client;
* Anticipate challenges and seek ways to improve performance and safety during activity execution;
* Manage work schedules;
* Coordinate with Petrobras cargo movement teams to schedule equipment for unloading large-scale materials; record invoice receipt in PETROBRAS' information system;
* And other duties inherent to this position as defined in its job description.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse administration, storage, and material supply activities;
* Completed higher education or technical degree in: logistics, mechanics, instrumentation, industrial automation,
robotics, electromechanics, electrotechnics, or electronics;
* Driver's License Category B;
* SAP experience.
