Job Summary: Responsible for general cleaning and organization of premises, handling of equipment and materials, and reporting maintenance and material procurement needs. Key Highlights: 1. Reporting maintenance needs and requirements for purchasing materials Perform general cleaning; Clean walls, floors, windows, doors, room furniture, restrooms, and corridors; Sweep, wash, dry, and wax areas within the facility; Collect garbage and transport it to the designated collection area; Organize the placement of furniture and materials; Prepare specific areas for meetings and events; Report maintenance and material procurement needs; Ensure proper care of used materials and equipment, as well as appropriate usage quantity; Operate sweeping and washing equipment; Use designated PPE, ensuring its maintenance and proper storage. **Minimum Education:** Elementary School (1st level)
