We are looking for **Environmental Sample Reception Analysts** to join our team in RJ. Join the team that ensures quality from the very first step of our laboratory processes! **Responsibilities and duties:** * Receive clients in person; * Receive, triage, and register samples, critically evaluating their conditions per ISO 17025 (homogeneity, temperature, pH, volume, container, chain of custody, among others); * Flag sample conformities and non-conformities in the system; * Aliquot, release, distribute, and discard samples; * Prepare samples for shipment via postal services and couriers, completing all required forms; * Label and preserve sample kits when necessary; * Scan chains of custody and forms into the system; * Archive documents, organizing them by date; * Control and organize inventory and supplies; * Monitor internal and external emails; * Monitor and manage pending tasks in real time. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Technical or undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology, or related fields (in progress or completed) is a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a proactive and dynamic profile; * Experience with data entry systems (e.g., MyLims) is a plus. **Additional information:** **100% On-site — Estácio, RJ** **Shift / Schedule:** Flexible availability is required, as the specific schedule will be communicated during the selection process.
